Youth Sunday School

Each Sunday from 10 – 10:45 am, youth in grades 7 – 12 meet for Sunday School in the parsonage basement classroom.  Coordinated by the youth minister and led by a team of volunteer teachers, this class uses the Seasons of the Spirit curriculum based on the Biblical selections of the common lectionary

Confirmation Class

Led by the pastor and youth minister, confirmation class is usually offered to seventh and eighth graders, beginning in the fall or winter.  Students meet regularly with their mentors and may go on overnight retreats. They're usually confirmed at the early June church retreat at West River.
 

Youth in Worship

Youth worship each Sunday with the congregation in the sanctuary.  Youth are invited to provide leadership in the service by reading scripture, lighting the candles, distributing communion, providing special music and passing the offering baskets.
